Seattle Sperm Bank (SSB) supports the transfer of embryos and donor vials between families when medically appropriate and compliant with donor agreements.
All transfers must be reviewed and approved by SSB prior to movement of any materials.

To begin the process, submit a Transfer Request Form with the required documentation.
Return to SSB either by email to transfers@shop.seattlespermbank.com or by fax to (206) 466-4696.
